Lauren and John were married last Saturday with 18 of their closest friends by their sides. With nearly 100 family members in attendance as well, it was quite the celebration. This sweet couple sure is loved!
It was a perfect day, as the happy smiles on Lauren and John’s faces attest. I loved that we had time for a side trip down to the National Cathedral for beautiful portraits in between the ceremony and reception. Lauren’s Peony bouquet smelled amazing and all the other flowers and pink touches made the reception look lavish and lovely.

I was back at National Park Seminary in Silver Spring, MD on another beautiful day with Ruby and Waynne for their engagement shoot. We had fun exploring and capturing some great shots of the two of them. They are also getting married in September and I know their wedding is going to be fabulous!
I had a great time exploring National Park Seminary with Tara and Brian on Saturday. We even found a bridge, one of Tara’s favorite things. While their love is evident in the way they smile at each other, their deep connection can be seen even in a more serious look, don’t you think? I do believe this first image is my favorite. I look forward to celebrating with them at their wedding in September!
