Published – Meridian House Wedding on Washingtonian Bride & Groom Blog

I maintain that the Meridian House is the most beautiful spot for a wedding or reception in Washington, DC.  It’s simply magical. To see the full feature of Karina and Devlin’s gorgeous wedding day, and more pictures, on the Washingtonian Bride & Groom blog click here: Meridian House Wedding.

I’m also pleased to be a Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Platinum List member along with the Meridian House and Amaryllis.

Thank you Irina and the Washingtonian for the feature!

Georgetown Engagement Photos – April and Tom

After rescheduling twice for rainy June Thursdays, it was finally a gorgeous Friday evening in Georgetown for April and Tom’s engagement shoot. I’ve known April’s sister for many years, so it’s been fun to be part of the next big family celebration as the photographer for April and Tom’s fall wedding.  I’m excited about their venue and the old barns on the property.  I love that April was thinking about pictures when she chose it. 🙂

Washington DC Newborn Twin Photographer – David and Valerie

These adorable twins have made Patti and Steve instantly a family of four! Patti always wanted boy and girl twins and she couldn’t have asked for a cuter pair.  Little David is all boy and stretched out and slept soundly through just about anything.  Though he does have amazing eyelashes to make all the girls jealous. Valerie is tiny and has delicate features.  It’s no secret she is already a Daddy’s girl. And I don’t think Steve minds being wrapped around that tiny little finger one bit!

Congratulations Patti and Steve and many blessings to your beautiful family!  It’s a privilege and joy to capture two of the most important moments of your lives – your wedding and your newborn twins!

Sunset Room National Harbor – Congratulations Brooksley and Mark!

Brooksley and Mark were married on a gorgeous summer day in Washington, DC.  Currently living in California, they love the beach, so tropical flowers, shells and a waterside venue (the Sunset Room at National Harbor) brought the beach to the wedding.  But as Brooksley told me, all she really wanted was Mark, so everything else was icing on the cake.  It’s such an honor and a joy to witness and photograph the joining of soul-mates with the full support and celebration of their friends and families.  Congratulations Brooksley and Mark!
