McLean Virginia Family Christmas Portrait

Wouldn’t it be fun to have cousins your age?  This beautiful family gathered for Christmas portraits before heading off to see A Christmas Carol at Ford’s Theater.  I loved the festive holiday decor and the coordinating outfits. What a wonderful way to make great childhood memories!

Jacksonville Florida Baby Photographer – Corin

Corin is a chubby, smiley 2 month old, the youngest of three kids belonging to a good friend of mine. I didn’t make it to Florida when he was a brand new baby like I did with his older siblings, but as a third child he should be glad he’s getting his picture taken at all, right? 🙂  Aren’t his big blue eyes beautiful!

I think here he’s saying, “Mom, I have a question.  Why did I wake up half naked in the backyard?” Too cute!

He weighs practically as much as big sister Riley and big brother Declan, I think. Look at those thighs!

Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner Wedding Story Album

Ashley and John had their album in their hands before Thanksgiving, but I never had a chance to post it.  Here’s the design of their wedding story from their gorgeous early October wedding day in McLean Virginia.  The reception was at the Ritz Carlton in Tyson’s Corner.

Military Retirement Photography – Washington DC & Arlington VA

Colonel Hunte has served the Army for 32 years and wanted to commemorate his retirement with portraits at a few DC and Arlington locations that are meaningful to him.  As we walked around, multiple people stopped him and thanked him for his service; it was so heartwarming to see.

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for our freedom and the people that make it possible!

The man next to him just happened to be saluting at the right moment. I love the story in this reflection shot.
