This family were troopers for their family pictures! It was early, hot and humid this summer morning in Old Town Alexandria, VA, hard conditions on subjects and photographers! Two of these three siblings are twins, can you guess which two? Fun colors in their coordinating clothing which complements the Alexandria location too. So nice to work with you W family, enjoy your summer!
It had been many years since I’ve photographed these kids and boy did they grow up in the meantime! It was wonderful to work with them again and capture their tween/teen years with a few fun sibling pictures. Georgetown in Washington DC provides a great variety of backgrounds for pictures. This couple is so adorable together! So much fun for the photographer when their love shows in the pictures from their Georgetown engagement session. You can see how much they enjoy being with each other. I’m so glad they have these pictures to remember their dating days!
These brothers are the same ages as my nephews, and it’s been so fun to watch them grow up – but the first time I’ve had the privilege of photographing them. They are so photogenic, which they get from their beautiful mom! So much personality in these little men to capture in family photos. They are growing up fast! So glad they have pictures of these ages and stages.
This couple has something special and it shows in how they treat each other, but also captured in how they look at each other. I’m so glad they have these feelings captured in their engagement photos. They live out of state but came to Washington, DC for their spring engagement pictures and will have their wedding in Arlington, VA in the fall. We had beautiful light in the garden, which a photographer always needs and appreciates!, and Emily’s fuchsia off the shoulder blouse was so vibrant and cheerful agains the greens and the stone.
